Required Skills, Experience:

• Previous bartending and guest services experience. Previous Banquet Luxury experience is an asset.

• Food Service Sanitation certification and TIPS certification is an asset.

• Basic mathematical skills. Basic English language writing skills.

• Ability to read, speak and understand the English language. Sufficient manual dexterity in hands in order to use a knife to make garnish, pick up glassware and bottles, scoop ice, mix drinks, and reach overhead to retrieve.

• Stock.

• Ability to operate a keyboard and point of sale procedures to pre-check an order and close out a check.

Minimum Hourly Wage or Minimum Salary: $19.24 hr
