The impact of PVJOBS’ involvement in the Playa Vista development project continues to exceed the program’s 10% at-risk hiring goal by averaging 11.8% over the past two decades. Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
As an approved vendor of the MTA’s Jobs Coordinator list, PVJOBS has served as an MTA contractor to assist with the implementation of local and targeted hire goals described in the MTA’s Project Labor Agreement/Construction Careers Policy. PVJOBS has provided Jobs Coordinator Services for such MTA projects as the LAX/Crenshaw Rail Line as well as many others.

CORE/Related Co.
PVJOBS provides Jobs Coordinator Services for The Grand Avenue Project, a 200,000 square foot Frank Gehry designed mixed-use development in Downtown Los Angeles. For this project, PVJOBS works with CORE/Related Co. to help the developer meet its 30% local hiring goal and 10% disadvantaged hiring goal for both construction and permanent non-construction jobs.

PVJOBS assists Proposition HHH and Housing and Urban Development Section 3 development projects within Los Angeles County in meeting their goals set forth by their respective Project Labor Agreements.
