Youth Start identifies and reduces chronic and emerging risk factors that may lead to juvenile delinquency by providing at-risk and high-risk youth with job training and mentoring services that support their educational and personal success.

The program offers construction courses, hands-on training, career and educational exploration, and one-on-one or group mentoring.
