ELIGIBILITY

Applicant Must Be:

• Between 16-24 Years Old

• A High School Drop Out

• Must Meet ONE of the Following Criteria:

  • Currently or Previously in Foster Care OR

  • A Low-Income Individual OR

  • A Youth Offender OR

  • An Adult Offender OR

  • A Migrant Youth

  • Youth with a Disability

 

All applicants are required to provide an ID and Social Security Card (hard copy or photo of document).
