PVJOBS provides consultant services to analyze, design and implement workforce programs for major development projects.

As an example of these consultant services, PVJOBS was contracted by Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) in 2017 to design the MTA’s newly funded workforce development program, Workforce Initiative Now (WIN-LA). WIN-LA’s objective is to create pathways into the transportation industry by focusing on bridging the gap between local residents and quality employment opportunities. PVJOBS worked closely with the MTA to develop a clear picture of its hiring needs, including developing a hiring needs assessment, an employer survey as well as a participant survey to gauge the level of work-readiness. PVJOBS delivered the final WIN-LA program model for the MTA to implement over the next several years.
