PVJOBS Promotes Veterans Services at Oscars Gala

PVJOBS recently had a presence at the 15th Annual Suzanne DeLaurentiis Productions Gala Luncheon and Fashion Show, a pre-Oscars event hosted by Hollywood producer Suzanne DeLaurentiis. A passionate supporter of U.S. veterans, DeLaurentiis holds the gala each year to raise awareness about veterans who use their unique skills and talents to contribute to the film industry.
PVJOBS Executive Director Mary Taylor attended the event at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel to promote the Hatch Multi-Site Program and the organization’s priority enrollment of veterans. A PVJOBS informational table was displayed at the event to address questions and distribute materials about the job training programs offered.
In addition to PVJOBS, the event exhibited other informational tables staffed by corporate sponsors and organizations that provide resources and services for the veteran community. An upscale event that featured a red carpet, the gala’s theme highlighted its mission of supporting veterans and their work in the entertainment industry.
