PROGRAM .
The Hatch 2.0 Program, also known as H20, is a field initiated re-entry strategy that eliminates the gap between release from prison and enrollment into a job training program leading to
employment. Hatch implements a three-phase training program that tracks participants through pre-apprenticeship, work-based learning and employment.
Qualifications for program participants:

Over the age of 25

Currently on probation or parole

Or within 180 days from prison release
The Department of Labor Employment and Training Administration provided 100% of the $1.5 million in funding to operate the Reentry Employment Opportunities (REO) Program.
